These terms govern your use of MSRAMocks, an independent educational revision service operated by Jambusar Learning Ltd (company number 17450638), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, England. 1. The service

MSRAMocks provides revision questions, mock examinations, review tools and performance analytics for MSRA preparation. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of NHS England, Pearson VUE or any official MSRA body.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and use your account only for your own revision. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have told us promptly that it has been compromised.

You must not share paid access, scrape or systematically extract the question bank, copy or redistribute substantial parts of the service, interfere with security controls, probe for unauthorised access, automate use in a way that harms the service, or use the platform to reproduce a competing question bank.

3. Paid access

Paid access is sold for the fixed period shown at checkout as a one-off purchase. It does not renew automatically. Access begins after successful payment is confirmed by our payment provider and ends automatically when the purchased period expires. If you buy further access while an existing paid period is still active, the additional period is added to the existing expiry date.

We may also provide administrative or testing access for internal support, quality assurance or authorised promotional purposes. Such access does not change the terms applying to ordinary paid customers.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The price shown at checkout is the amount payable for the selected period. We do not intentionally receive or store your full card number or card security code.

5. Immediate digital access and cancellation

At checkout we ask you to expressly request that digital access begins immediately after successful payment and to acknowledge that beginning supply may affect your statutory cancellation rights. Your legal rights depend on the circumstances and nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for more detail.

6. Educational use only

MSRAMocks is an exam-revision resource, not a clinical decision-support system. Clinical information may change over time and must not be used as a substitute for current guidance, local policy, supervision or professional judgement in the care of real patients.

7. Scores and analytics

Performance percentages and analytics are based on your activity within MSRAMocks. Any estimated MSRA score, percentile-like indicator or projection is an educational estimate only. Official MSRA standardisation is not reproduced, and no result on this platform guarantees any official score, ranking, interview outcome or appointment.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the platform, original questions, explanations, branding, design and software are owned by or licensed to Jambusar Learning Ltd. A purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your access period. It does not transfer ownership of the content.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work and third-party outages may occasionally affect access. We may make reasonable changes to the platform, interface, question bank and features to improve quality, security or compliance. Where a material outage unfairly deprives a customer of paid access, we may extend access or provide another appropriate remedy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate fraud or misuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will try to explain the reason and give you an opportunity to contact us.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those rights, MSRAMocks is supplied as an educational revision service and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular exam outcome.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply to you under consumer law.
